Guests need not be present during cleaning, thanks to our provision of duplicate keys. Typically scheduled in the afternoon, our routine cleaning is a hassle-free process.

Our Cleaning Services Include:

1. Cleaning Before Arrival:

Thorough pre-arrival inspection to ensure spotless cleanliness and functional equipment.

Window cleaning for crystal-clear views.

Please report any defects during office hours.

1. Routine Cleaning Daily (Optional):

Available daily (excluding Sundays and public holidays) with advance arrangement.

Service hours: 09h00 to 12h30 or 13h00 to 16h30.

Tasks include bed-making, carpet vacuuming, floor washing, bathroom cleaning, dishwashing, and barbecue cleaning.

New linen and towels are not included in daily rates.

Available during Peak Season for all houses and units, and throughout the year for 4-bedroom houses booked for a minimum of seven nights.

1. Routine Cleaning + Change of Linen and Towels:

Provided for stays of eight nights or more.

Linen and towels changed during your stay.

Note: Our staff does not wash or iron laundry in the units.

Only Excellent Services are allowed for additional cleaning.

1. Cleaning After Departure:

Thorough cleaning after departure to prepare for the next guests.

Complete change of linen and towels.

LAUNDRY SERVICES

Private laundry drop-off before 09h00, ready for collection between 16h30 and 17h00 on the same day.

Laundry charged on a per kilogram basis.

Payment required upon drop-off.
